3 healthy habits!
- I drink a lot of water each day
- I do a lot of walking-to and from work and even for work
- I try to eat meals that are good for me as much as I can
I do all of this and feel so much better for it, sometimes I eat something that I really shouldn’t but sometime I’ve just got to grab something quick.
I have been doing all this since starting my new job and I have lost 6lbs so far!
