Shopping haul

So yesterday I decided to go shopping as I wanted to get some new trainers,I had no intention of buying anything else but I got the trainers that I wanted and then ended up spending more money after that.

Because of this I decided to do a haul to show what I got.

This was the reason I went shopping in the first place and like i said this was going to be the only thing that i bought. There were so many trainers to choose from but i seen these and wanted them instantly,i love the colours,and i went for a run using them and they are so  comfortable to wear.

TK Maxx

iPhone 7 sports sleeve-£5.99

I have one of these sleeves but can no longer use it as it was for the iPhone 5,so I needed a new one. I only went in TK Maxx to have a look what they had, I seen this and had to get it at such a good price and its pink.

HMV

Audio mixx play 1 wireless Bluetooth earphones-£12.99

I got these more for when I go running as i hate having wires flying around getting in my way, so these are perfect, and again there pink. I used them when i went running yesterday and they are brilliant, the sound quality is great and they connect up to my phone really quickly.

Well that’s all that I bought on my little shopping trip spent so much more money than i was planning on spending but i bought stuff that i needed/will use so can’t tell myself off too much for it.

 

 

Fitness Motivation

I haven’t really done anything fitness related for myself in probably nearly a year now, I hurt my knee quite badly last year which stopped me doing exercise, as I couldn’t walk on it properly for 12 weeks.

I have wanted to get back into fitness for a while now I used to go running 3 times a week, I used to eat really healthily and I lost a lot of weight, this past year I have lost my motivation to keep active and the weight that I lost I put back on.

I decided now is the time to do something about it, my boyfriend was talking about wanting to get in better shape himself, so thought why not do it with him. We went swimming at the weekend which made us both feel so good after. I wanted to start my running again as that was something that I used to really enjoy doing.

I went on a run this morning for the first time in so long, I definitely need to strengthen my knee up again, but if I can stay active then I will be able to do that. I just went for half an hour today as I wanted to see how I done compared to what I used to do, I am aiming to get back to doing tis 3 times a week again.

When I got back home from my run I wanted to do something more so I done the Blogilates best ab exercises for a toned tummy as my other goal is to tone myself up a bit.

Even though I didn’t do a lot today I am proud that I have done these two things today as I completely lost all my motivation for staying in shape last year. I’m hoping I can keep this up and exercise regularly again. Will make updates on how I do.

My week!

I’ve had a good week this week.

Its been a busy one, I started my new job on Monday so my week has been taken up from learning a new job and taking everything in, but I feel so much happier now than I have done in a long time which is what I wanted, its amazing.

I was surprised on Wednesday to see that I had been nominated for The Blogger Recognition Award, this give that little extra boost that I needed this week, you can read my post on the award here. I was so happy when I seen this and didn’t expect it at all, I’ve only been blogging for a few weeks so never thought that I would get that right at this moment in time.

My mind set has changed so much over the past few weeks that I really want to start running again, I used to run 3 times a week, I had a good diet, I was a lot healthier and felt the good effects of this, slowly I stopped this and haven’t been now for about a year, but all the good things happening at the moment has made me want to do it again and get back to running up to 3 times a week, will keep you updated on that.

I want to thank everyone for following my blog at the moment there are 33 of you which I know is a small number but to me its big, I never expected or even thought that sp many people would be interested in what had to say, its such a good feeling.

I’ve got a few blog posts planned over the next few weeks that I want to do and I’m thinking of more all the time, never thought I would get into doing this like I have done this time but I’m so glad that I have.
